By changing different feeding systems, it can automatically quantitatively vacuum package different materials such as liquids, pastes, powders, and blocks. It can also be equipped with robots developed by our factory, which can automatically load and package individual products.

Suitable for fully automatic packaging of food, fruits and vegetables, seafood, frozen meat, soy products, traditional Chinese medicine, and vacuum inflation. In addition to the randomly equipped molds, this series of packaging machines can also design customized molds according to the different product needs of users.

1. Advanced control system

This series of packaging machines adopts Siemens touch screen, PLC and stepper control system from Germany. The whole machine is easy to adjust, with high step accuracy, coordinated and consistent actions, and a high degree of automation.

2. Fully functional

(1) Color film or light film coating can be used on the same device;

(2) An automatic coding system can be equipped according to the packaging requirements of the user's product;

(3) According to the packaging requirements of the user's product, on the basis of vacuum pumping, N2, 02, CO2 mixed gas or a single gas can be filled, and the gas mixing ratio can be easily adjusted through a gas control controller;

(4) Can be equipped with an automatic box dropping machine to automatically drop boxes into the packaging machine mold with high accuracy;

(5) Can be equipped with an automatic liquid quantitative filling system to automatically fill liquid or semi fluid materials in a quantitative manner;

(6) It can be equipped with a computer multi head scale to automatically package materials in a quantitative manner.
